NORTH PLATTE, Neb. (KNOP) – Governor Jim Pillen has voiced support for Union Pacific’s proposed $85 billion merger with Norfolk Southern, saying it would bring jobs and investment to Nebraska.
Pillen’s statement comes after Union Pacific filed an application with the Surface Transportation Board for approval of the merger.
