OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A federal jury convicted a Honduran man of assaulting a federal officer during an ICE operation at an Omaha food processing plant this summer.
Marvin Zepeda, 37, was found guilty on charges stemming from the ICE operation at Glenn Valley Foods in June.
