SEWARD–(KFOR Dec. 24)–A 56-year-old Omaha man has been arrested following a traffic stop Monday on Interstate 80 in Seward County, which turned up illegal drugs.
The Seward County Sheriff’s Office says Howard D. Howard was put in jail on three-counts of attempted possession with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm while violating drug laws.
