OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Three inmates at the Douglas County Jail are facing new charges for allegedly conspiring together to attack jail staff according to court documents and a social media post from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.
Mocktavin Dial, Dhevan Phillips-Mills and Robert Runyon are charged with assault in connection to the alleged incident on Sunday.
