OMAHA, Neb — Omaha police are investigating a deadly Friday evening incident as a homicide after a woman was struck and killed by a vehicle following a reported disturbance in northwest Omaha. The incident occurred near North 65th Street and Ames Avenue shortly after 6 p.m.
According to the Omaha Police Department, officers were dispatched to the 4500 block of North 65th Street after receiving reports of a disturbance. When officers arrived, they determined the disturbance escalated, resulting in a woman being run over by a vehicle.
