PAPILLION, Neb. (WOWT) – The Papio Bay Aquatic Center is set for an extensive update.
The City of Papillion said in a social media post that a $1.125 million grant from the Nebraska Department of Economic Development’s Civic and Community Center Financing Fund will help in this endeavor.
