OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Douglas County authorities arrested a man on a warrant after a traffic stop led to him being found in a nearby dumpster.
A DCSO release says deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with no license plates in the area of 111th Street and West Maple Road around 9:20 p.m. Sunday.
