(Omaha, NE) — Arrests are made in what the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office calls a new and emerging gang.
Saturday morning at 3:54, near North 99th and Blair High Road, a Douglas County Road Patrol Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 2024 black Chevrolet Trax for careless driving.
Three people were in the vehicle, the driver Kapaw HTOO, age 30, and passengers Kyaw PWA, age 22, and a 17-year-old juvenile male, a known ‘K-Fam’ gang member.
