A Council Bluffs man is facing multiple criminal charges following a violent early-morning disturbance that left two juveniles and an adult woman injured. Court records show the incident occurred shortly after 2:25 a.m. on January 1, 2026, at an apartment on North 31st Street.
According to a criminal complaint filed in Pottawattamie County District Court, Cody Montez Carr, Sr., 34, of Omaha, Nebraska, was taken into custody after officers responded to reports of a blood-covered man banging on apartment doors at a Council Bluffs residence.
