OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – More than 5,000 tickets were issued from one garage in a six-month span, leaving hundreds of drivers frustrated with Park Omaha’s system.
Beth Chingren says every time she has parked in the Blackstone parking garage, she has had issues with the Park Omaha app.
“From the get-go getting in there, we had a really hard time getting onto the app, and getting that lot specifically to let us in,” Chingren said. “And when we did it wouldn’t give us the two hours, and it would only let me put enough time on to get right to midnight, even though it says you can stay longer.”…
