Northeast Nebraskans who have been patiently waiting for 40 years will most likely see the completion of the Highway 275 four-lane corridor from Norfolk to Omaha complete.
During a news conference in Norfolk on Tuesday, Nebraska Department of Transportation Director Vicki Kramer said the construction will be complete and the expressway ready for traffic by the end of 2028.
