OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Department of Veterans Affairs’ Office of Inspector General (OIG) issued a report on an Omaha facility on Thursday.
In a report submitted Thursday, the OIG says they conducted an inspection of the VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care facility in Omaha.
