OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A security threat prompted an evacuation at Eppley Airfield on Monday morning for more than a hour.
Steve McCoy with the Omaha Airport Authority confirmed to First Alert 6 that the threat about an Eppley Airfield terminal “was communicated” at about 8:20 a.m.
“In an abundance of caution, the pre-security areas of the terminal were temporarily evacuated,” he said in an email. “Eppley Police worked with Omaha Police, TSA, and FBI to resolve the issue.”…
