The Omaha Public Power District says another large piece of power equipment will be making its way to the district’s Turtle Creek Station, as part of a planned expansion of the plant in the southwest part of the Omaha Metro.
A special heavy haul team is planning to move a large-scale generator to the plant at 168th Street and Fairview Road in Sarpy County tonight into Thursday morning.
