OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Downtown business owners say they’re losing thousands of dollars due to poor communication about streetcar construction delays and cancellations.
Kitchen Table co-owner Colin Duggan said communication during streetcar construction is frustratingly inconsistent.
