OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man accused of reselling goods stolen from other shops in the area at his own store has changed his plea.
Jarrod McIntyre, 45, pleaded no contest on Feb. 2 to criminal conspiracy. Two counts of racketeering and theft were dismissed.
A second suspect, Melanie Pursley, is charged with theft by receiving property, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, and racketeering.
