Florida man charged in Douglas County for part in alleged fraud scheme worth $709K

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A Florida man is facing several felony charges for allegedly being part of a criminal organization that used fraudulent bank accounts at multiple Hy-Vee locations in Nebraska, Iowa, and Illinois.

Jonathan Lalanne, 28, of North Miami, Florida, faces charges of theft by deception greater than $5,000, unauthorized use of a financial transaction device greater than $5,000 and unauthorized use of a financial transaction device greater than $1,500 but less than $5,000.
