OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Snow moving into the metro forced many schools in the area to cancel classes. But action at the Nebraska state wrestling tournament in downtown Omaha continued despite the return of winter weather.
The girls are leaving the downtown Hilton and heading home after their state wrestling tournament. The Nebraska boys wrestling teams now take over the CHI Health Center and like the girls bring a lot of family, friends and fans to Omaha.
This is the 14th year for Molly Burns coming to the state wrestling tournament. She went home to Norfolk after the girls tournament. The snow made them turn around faster to return to see the boys wrestle…
