LA VISTA, Neb. (WOWT) – The case has been dismissed against a daycare employee who was arrested in 2025 for alleged sexual assault of a child.
John Key was charged with third-degree sexual assault of a child aged 14 or younger.
The Sarpy County Attorney’s Office stated the case was dismissed without prejudice – meaning it could be refiled in the future. As the case developed, the trial team determined there was insufficient evidence to go forward.
