OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Developers are planning to convert a historic warehouse at 12th and Nicholas streets in Millwork Commons into the Millwork Hotel, a lifestyle hotel featuring a destination restaurant, a rooftop bar, and locally curated amenities.
The building has been standing since the early 1920s. The project is being developed by a team that includes Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture and PGSA.
