OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The Omaha City Council voted down an appeal Tuesday over a rejected contract bid connected to former councilman Vinny Palermo.
Palermo, who spent more than a year in federal prison, believes the city is punishing a local business over a case of mistaken identity.
