OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A sewer backup last year flooded the basement of a northwest Omaha home. After a six-month investigation, the city has responded to the owners’ damage claim.
The results should interest any homeowner who could face the same messy cleanup someday.

Roger and Pam Russman came home after celebrating their 49th wedding anniversary to find their finished basement flooded with sewage.
