OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Federal authorities on Thursday added a name to its “Ten Most Wanted Fugitives” list, issuing a federal warrant for his arrest out of Omaha and offering a reward of up to $1 million for information leading directly to his arrest.
Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre, 49, is wanted in an ATM jackpotting conspiracy investigation that federal authorities say provides a revenue stream to a foreign terrorist organization, according to information FBI Omaha and U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Nebraska shared at a news conference Thursday afternoon.
Authorities believe he is armed and dangerous.
Anibal Alexander Canelon Aguirre stands about 5-feet-5 and 5-feet-7 tall, weighs approximately 190 pounds, and has black and gray hair. He has ties to Venezuela and Mexico and is known to speak Spanish. He also goes by the names “Prometheus” and “The Engineer.”…
