OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A victim severely injured in a hit-and-run crash last summer has learned the outcome of the case against the driver. Troy Brumbaugh faced a judge for sentencing Monday.
Laural Vogel says she sat through 11 Sarpy County court appearances and continuances before Monday’s sentencing. She finally got to see 42-year-old Brumbaugh sentenced.
