Avenue B in Plattsmouth is closed to through traffic between 23rd Street and North 22nd Street as part of the city’s Water Transmission Main (Contract W3) project. Pavement removal is expected to start March 23, 2026, near the 23rd Street intersection. Detour signs are in place to guide drivers from Avenue B and Highway 75 to North 15th Street.
