Man Arrested for Setting Brush Fire and Assaulting Deputy

Deputies arrested Joshua Grover, 37, on Tuesday evening after he was seen starting a brush fire near N 108th St and McKinley St. During booking, Grover allegedly became combative, struck a deputy several times, and made threats. He is charged with:

  • Arson – 3rd Degree (Misdemeanor)
  • Assault on an Officer – 3rd Degree (Felony)
