OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Streetcar construction at Farnam Street and Turner Boulevard is disrupting traffic with closures and detours as crews replace aging infrastructure.
Kevin Sweeney, who lives near the intersection, said getting around the neighborhood has become increasingly difficult.
“Getting around this neighborhood gets more and more difficult all the time,” Sweeney said.
