(Red Oak) — Montgomery County officials express their support for continuing infrastructure maintenance cooperation with Mills County.
By a 4-0 vote Tuesday morning, the county’s board of supervisors renewed a line maintenance agreement. County Engineer Karen Albert says the agreement entails working with Mills County on maintenance of shared roads along the Mills-Montgomery County border. One change is that Montgomery County will maintain 600 feet along a dirt road that Mills County cannot maintain.
