(Council Bluffs) — Council Bluffs authorities have identified the person killed in an accident Thursday afternoon.
The Council Bluffs Police Department says 39-year-old Alex Foster Jr of Omaha was killed in the single-vehicle accident that occurred near the 45 mile marker of Interstate 29 shortly after 1:30 p.m. Authorities say evidence suggests speed was a factor in the crash and no other vehicles were involved.
