Omaha business owner accused of selling stolen goods sentenced to probation

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A man accused of reselling goods stolen from other shops in the area at his own store has been sentenced to probation.

Jarrod McIntyre, 45, was sentenced to 5 years probation for the charge of criminal conspiracy. Two counts of racketeering and theft were dismissed after changing his plea to no contest.

A second suspect, Melanie Pursley, is charged with theft by receiving property, conspiracy to commit theft by deception, and racketeering.
