OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – The intersection of Highway 275 and West Dodge Road closed as the Nebraska Department of Transportation began work on a roundabout aimed at reducing crashes at the location.
The project started and deputies were already called to the site after drivers failed to follow temporary stop signs.
“The goal is to install a roundabout at the intersection of 275 and West Dodge Road. That was an issue that was brought to us by the West Shores Lake neighborhood there. We studied the intersection and were able to confirm their observations,” said Barb Gerbino-Bevins of NDOT…
