OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – Two high-impact construction projects will get underway in different parts of the metro on Friday.
F Street is scheduled to close Friday morning between 204th (Highway 6) and 213rd Street for road resurfacing. This closure is scheduled to last into early winter. The outside lanes of 204th will also be closed in each direction between F and Q Streets starting Friday.
Closer to downtown, the next phase of the construction rebuilding the Farnam bridge over Interstate 480 will require the full closure of the interstate over the weekend. The closure is scheduled to start at 9 PM Friday with it reopening no later than 6 AM Monday; there may be a partial reopening for northbound travel on Sunday.
