TEKAMAH, Neb. (KCAU) — A Nebraska woman with an active arrest warrant was recently stopped for a vehicle violation. During the stop, police found elements of a homemade explosive, narcotics, and more in her car.
Cailey Lopez, 22, of Bellevue, Nebraska, was pulled over by the Tekamah Police Department on Tuesday, May 5, at around 9 p.m. According to a release from the Tekamah Police Department, Lopez was the only person in the car.
