CASS COUNTY, Neb. (WOWT) – Residents reported different experiences as a tornado moved through Cass County, with some seeing a funnel cloud while others saw only rain.
Emergency officials said they saw lots of rain but not much else. Other residents said they could see a funnel cloud as it came through.
