‘Traffic will be overwhelming:’ Concerns and debate dominate over Winter Garden development proposal

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. – A proposed development in Winter Garden is moving closer to approval, but not without opposition from neighbors concerned about increased traffic and changes to the character of their community.
