Today the MICHELIN Guide revealed the 2026 restaurant selection for Florida and for the first time the selection covers the entire state. Notably, this year’s selection features two new One MICHELIN Star restaurants.
New this year for 2026:
- – Omo by Jont’s Juan Valencia is awarded Michelin Sommelier Award
- – New 2026 Michelin Guide Recommend Restaurants in the Orlando / Central Florida area include: 1921 Mount Dora, June, Kappo Tsan, Osteria Ester, Sparrow, and Smoke & Donuts BBQ
- – Sorekara retains their Two Michelin Star rating
- – Capa at Four Seasons Orlando and Papa Llama lose their One Michelin Star rating, remain Michelin Guide Recommended
