A mother and her family visited Universal Orlando in Florida and met a very popular character. She would then complain online that she and her kids had been treated poorly by the character. The internet, meanwhile, found no issues with the employee’s behavior and even said that it was consistent with the character he was portraying.

I’ve never been so disappointed in the characters in my life. Whoever this guy was, shouldn’t have a job with children. Ruined our entire day after he broke character and treated my 5 and 11 year old with such disrespect, my youngest has been obsessed with the franchise since he was little.
