Orlando Restaurant News: Viet-Nomz Opening 4th Location [Owner Interview]

WINTER PARK, FL — Viet-Nomz plans to open its fourth location in early August at 1330 N Orange Ave, Winter Park, FL 32789, co-founder Philip Nguyen told Business Debut in a recent phone interview.

Nguyen said the team is finishing construction and waiting on equipment and licenses.

What to Expect

Nguyen shared with Business Debut that Viet-Nomz began in 2016, when he and partners Christopher Chen and Mike Cho saw an opening for Vietnamese food in East Orlando.

He said the team focused on making the menu easier to navigate for guests who may not know traditional Vietnamese dish names. “Not everybody understands what pho is, so we found the English equivalent of words and were able to describe food differently,” Nguyen told Business Debut. “But then we stick true to how the food is made still.”…
