Historic Metcalf building in downtown Orlando gets new owners, plans for office redevelopment

ORLANDO, Fla. – The historic Metcalf Building in downtown Orlando has new owners — and plans for a new chapter.

Located at the corner of Orange Avenue and Pine Street, the 10-story building has been a downtown fixture for more than a century. Built in 1923, the property includes more than 38,000 square feet and blends historic character with modern office space.
