K2 Real Estate Capital Pays $6M for Orlando Warehouse

A 30,000-square-foot industrial building on SW 34th Street in Orlando just changed hands for $6 million, with K2 Real Estate Capital paying $200 per square foot for a fully occupied property. The deal closed after the property changed hands.

K2 Real Estate Capital purchased the property at 4315 SW 34th St. from seller High Speed Solutions LLC, according to CoStar. The building was fully occupied at the time of sale, the outlet reported, and Robert Kellogg, managing director at Cushman & Wakefield of Florida, Inc., was named in connection with the transaction. High Speed Solutions operates publicly as HSS Custom AV, a custom smart-home automation and commercial audio-visual integration provider, according to the company’s Houzz profile.

The 2.56-acre property was constructed in 1977, according to Realie data. The new $6 million sale price was reported in connection with the transaction.

K2’s Pattern of Central Florida Acquisitions

This is not an isolated purchase for K2 Real Estate Capital. On March 27, 2026, K2 acquired a 31,399-square-foot industrial facility at 3024 Shader Road in Orlando for $3.72 million, or about $118 per square foot, according to Traded. The following month, K2 acquired an 11,600-square-foot industrial facility at 9879 N US 301 in Tampa for $6.5 million, or roughly $560 per square foot, per a separate Traded report on the East Tampa deal…
