A Florida driver who was arrested at gunpoint in his own driveway after police accused him of fleeing a traffic stop was acquitted nearly two years later, after video automatically recorded by his Tesla showed a far different picture of what happened on the road.
FOX 35 Orlando investigative reporter Marie Edinger reported that Kevin Finley had been driving home after dropping his children off at school when a minor traffic situation escalated into felony allegations, a tense arrest in front of his neighbors and a criminal case that remained unresolved for almost two years.
