ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County judge sentenced a woman to 25 years in prison Wednesday for the murder of the woman’s roommate, whose body has never been found.
Gisselle Victoria-Gonzalez, 44, pleaded guilty last month to the second-degree murder of Runyleidy Medina-Pacheco, who was last heard from on Christmas Day 2022.
“From the bottom of my heart, I am sorry,” Victoria-Gonzalez said Wednesday, addressing the court through a Spanish interpreter. “That moment, I wasn’t myself. I wish this could be a dream and at some point, I will wake up from this nightmare and everything will be back to normal.”…
