Federal agents in Florida have tracked down and arrested a St. Thomas man wanted in connection with a fatal summer shooting in the U.S. Virgin Islands, authorities said.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Florida Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Jah’Sheem Graham without incident on Sept. 28 outside an apartment complex in Orange County, Florida. Graham was wanted by the Virgin Islands Police Department on charges of aiding and abetting first-degree murder.
The charges stem from the June 16, 2026, killing of 23-year-old Asani Henry in the Hospital Ground area of St. Thomas.
