Mister O1 Extraordinary Pizza, the Miami-born pizzeria known for its artisanal star-shaped pizzas and Michelin recognition, will open its newest Central Florida location at Waterford Lakes Town Center on Oct. 27, 2026. Bringing its signature blend of culinary craft, cultural energy and neighborhood-rooted hospitality to an east Orlando gathering place where people shop, dine and spend quality time. The restaurant, about 2,500 square feet, joins Mister O1’s existing Lake Mary, Dr. Phillips and Oviedo locations.
Founded by international Italian chef, Renato Viola, whose culinary mastery earned him the O-1 visa for extraordinary artistic ability, Mister O1 has grown from a Miami Beach hidden gem into a nationally celebrated concept with more than 30 locations across Florida, Georgia and Texas. Known for dough that ferments for a minimum of 72 hours, a playful approach to flavor and premium ingredients both imported from Italy and sourced locally, the brand continues to expand across the Southeast and beyond.
