Officials are reminding motorists about the state’s Move Over Law after a Road Ranger was killed and a state trooper was critically injured in two separate crashes.
Kalibe Combs, 23, was assisting a crash scene on northbound Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County on Oct. 25. An 18-year-old driver entered a closed lane on the roadway and fatally struck a Road Ranger and hit a Florida Highway Patrol vehicle, according to a Florida Highway Patrol press release, which did not name Combs citing an ongoing investigation…
