PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – A woman seen pulling her pants down on a Frontier Airlines flight last year now faces federal charges, according to court records filed on Tuesday. That woman – identified as Dulce Huertas, 60 – was caught on camera flashing her passengers during the flight from Orlando to Philadelphia in November.
