UPDATE: Both lanes of I86 have reopened. Idaho State Police are investigating a rollover crash on Interstate 86 that took place Saturday morning. The accident involved a Volvo semitruck being driven by a 33-year-old man from Orlando, Florida. Police say that the semi hit a patch of ice and then rolled, blocking both lanes of eastbound I-86. Traffic was diverted at mile marker 21 onto the frontage road while crews cleaned up the accident.
