SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. – The Florida Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash involving a motorcycle and pedestrian on Sunday. According to FHP, a motorcyclist was traveling eastbound on Howell Branch Road in Seminole County, approaching Winterbrook Way. At the same time, a pedestrian was traveling eastbound on the south sidewalk of the same street.
