A Groveland man with no driver’s license was busted for speeding by about 15 mph in Clermont. A deputy stopped a gold Toyota for going 70 mph in a 55-mph zone while headed east on State Road 50 around 11:33 p.m. Thursday, according to an arrest report from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
