ORLANDO, Fla. – A mother and her boyfriend were arrested on Wednesday after three young children were found unattended in an Orlando hotel. According to an arrest affidavit from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Rashay Braynen, 26, and Gregory Pierre, 27, are now each facing three counts of child neglect.
